GOG reveals SEGA partnership to kickstart Summer Sale
06/06/2022 Off By James RossGOG has announced its partnership with SEGA as it three week-long Summer Sale kick starts with a selection of titles launching on the former’s platform.
Including multiple giveaways, flash deals, new releases and “several surprises”, GOG aims to “bring back memories and awaken our inner child” with the release of its first of five planned games giveaways via the 1998 game – Sanitarium – on June 8.
Furthermore, as part of its SEGA partnership, GOG has revealed that the 2014 survival horror game Alien: Isolation is currently 75% off the original price. Additionally, Two Point Hospital and Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine – Anniversary Edition will be coming soon.
Other noticeable offerings include Diablo + Hellfire (-20%), Metal Gear (-30%), Heroes of Might and Magic III (-75%) and Space Quest 1+2+3 (-67%).
Moreover, other offers include Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines (-50%), The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (-80%), Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (-65%) and Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Eternal Edition (-45%).
More recent titles include Wasteland 3 – Deluxe Edition (-67%), Cyberpunk 2077 (-50%), Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition (-50%), and Disco Elysium – The Final Cut (-65%).
Regarding the flash deals, which is refreshed every 48 hours, the first titles are Möbius Front ’83 (-50%), the turn-based tactical strategy that resemble the classic hex wargames, the pixelart action adventure Black Skylands (-30%), and Mars Horizon (-40%) a simulation strategy game where players run their own mission to put a man on Mars.
After the flash deal discount ends, these games will remain on sale at a lower discount.
GOG’s Summer Sale will last until June 27.
