Bounty Clash Game Mode: A New Twist on Hunt: Showdown 1896
The Bounty Clash mode introduces a fast-paced, high-stakes scramble for a Bounty Token, set in two iconic locations: Mammon’s Gulch and Stillwater Bayou.
Unlike the traditional Hunt: Showdown gameplay, where players track down and banish powerful Boss Targets, Bounty Clash offers a more direct and intense competition. Players spawn in random compounds with a dead Boss Target already awaiting banishment, and teams must race to secure the Bounty Token, defeat rival squads, and extract it within a tight 15-minute window.
This limited-time mode adds a new layer of excitement to Hunt: Showdown, as teams fight to control the token and outwit their opponents in a frantic, ruthless battle. Bounty Clash will be available from:
- October 16 – October 20
- October 25 – October 27
- October 31 – November 3
- November 8 – November 10
- November 15 – November 17
- November 22 – November 24
These dates give players multiple opportunities to experience this thrilling mode during the event.
Harvest of Ghosts Event: Spooky Surprises Await
Running from October 16 to November 25, the Harvest of Ghosts event transforms the game’s atmosphere, offering a range of new items, weapons, and spooky in-game mechanics perfect for the Halloween season. New Pact Traits such as Blast Sight and Pain Sense alter how players approach combat. Blast Sight highlights the origin of gunfire and explosions when using Dark Sight, while Pain Sense reveals enemies who have been injured or set on fire, adding a new tactical layer to encounters.
In addition to the new traits, players can wield new weaponry including the Bomb Launcher and Maynard Sniper, as well as new variants like the Auto-4 Shorty, Centennial Pointman, and Rival 78 Mace. The event also introduces the Dark Dynamite Satchel, which can be detonated remotely via Dark Sight, adding another dimension to tactical play. For those who prefer a more strategic approach, the Hand Crossbow Revive Bolt allows teammates to revive fallen allies from a distance.
