Microsoft survives FTC Blizzard in Activision merger

There was only one place to begin in the debut episode of the GameMirage podcast and that’s with the major step forward in the Microsoft and Activision Blizzard acquisition. 

Microsoft won its feisty fight with the Federal Trade Commission, as US District Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley ruled against imposing an injunction to pause the deal, a move that both Microsoft and Activision stressed may kill the $68.7 billion deal.
